Preparation tips for your first class:


Drink a lot of water! Stay hydrated before, during and after your ride. We have water fountains and offer bottled water for $1.


Have a little snack an hour before your class to power your ride.

What to Wear and Bring

For indoor cycling we suggest wearing form-fitting, athletic clothing. We suggest bike shorts, tight sweatpants or leggings, and a tee or a tank top. If you don't own cycling shoes, you can wear your sneakers! We offer baskets that will allow you to ride in your own shoes. We offer sweat towels so you don't need to worry about bringing your own! You can also buy water at our studio.

If you’re attending a yoga class, we suggest the same clothing as for indoor cycling. Please note that athletic shoes aren't necessary since yoga is traditionally practiced barefoot. Don’t worry if you don’t own a yoga mat! We have mats available at no charge.

For our TRX or 30/30 classes, we suggest the same clothing as for our indoor cycling and yoga classes. 

Check in

Arrive Early

Arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your class to ensure that you have enough time for the check in. Let our staff know you’re new and they will assist you with our check in procedure.

New Rider Waiver

If you’re a new member, please fill out our waiver and a release form when you check in. Please note that minors need the signature of a parent or guardian.

While at YogaCycle


We offer free, spacious lockers with coded keypads, so you don’t need to worry about keys or belongings during your class.

Attending the class


If you’re attending an indoor cycling class, you will be riding on one of our bikes. Ask the instructor to help you set it up correctly. Remember your settings so that you will be able to set it up by yourself before your next class! If you ever need help or have a question about the bike, you can ask any member of our staff.

Continuing Your Journey

Indoor Cycling

If you're interested in deepening your indoor cycling experience, we suggest buying cycling shoes. We offer a 10% discount at Triathlon Lab and Helen’s Cycles. With your own cycling shoes, you can push yourself harder in our classes, taking the strength of your body to a higher level.


If you plan on attending our yoga classes frequently, we suggest for you to buy a yoga mat and towel. Personal equipment makes the yoga experience easier and more comfortable.

As you become stronger and more comfortable in the classes, we strongly encourage you to take our more challenging classes, as well! They are thoroughly satisfying.
