SpinningTRX 30/30

This class combines indoor cycling with TRX suspension training (bodyweight exercises). This cardio-mobility mix builds strength, flexibility and core stability at once!

This class combines indoor cycling with strength-oriented yoga, allowing you to squeeze the best workouts into just one hour!

Yoga

Cafe au Yoga

With a focus on form and foundation, Cafe au Yoga blends flow with strong, static holds. Picture your perfect cup of coffee or morning pick-me-up and turn that into your Yoga practice! Great for beginners and open to All Levels. Smiles and Laughter encouraged!

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. This class will include deep gentle stretches consisting postures on the floor that are held for an extended period of time. It encourages relaxation and opens up the body, peeling away stress and tension. This is a great class for everyone, including athletes, looking to improve their flexibility.

Vinyasa Yoga

This class uses range-of-motion movements and isometric strength training (holding your body still while contracting muscles) to enhance flexibility and balance. Yoga blocks, straps and bands are incorporated. 

 

Flow Yoga

Students will be guided through a vinyasa based practice. We will harmonize the body and mind as we move through a creative flow including guided meditation, breathwork, Sun Salutations, and intelligent sequencing of physical postures. Expect to leave the class feeling blissed out, stretched out, and grounded. All levels are welcome and encouraged as modifications and variations of postures will be offered throughout the class.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is designed to synchronize breath with each movement in a Vinyasa format. This class builds heat to purify and detoxify your muscles and organs. It increases balance and flexibility. Students will be challenged through unique movements and playful transitions that may include inversions and arm balances to strengthen the body and calm the mind.

Yoga Stretch 

Glide into your weekend with gentle movement, soft stretches, and deep relaxation. This calm but effective class will softly open tight areas and calm the mind, body & soul. Take some time of yourself to release stress and decompress- you deserve it!
